6th Annual ME VRF Conference attracts a galaxy of experts

SASO, GSO, Saudi Council of Engineers, Zuhair Fayez, Suhaimi Design – Protecooling, Eurovent among those that will be participating in the event, to be held for the first time in Saudi Arabia​

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 23 July 2018: SASO, GSO, Zuhair Fayez, Suhaimi Design – Protecooling and Eurovent are among the confirmed speakers for the 6th Annual Middle East Variable Refrigerant Flow Conference, scheduled to take place on March 19 in Riyadh.

They will be joined on stage by such manufacturers as Carrier, Gree, Daikin, LG, O General and Petra, setting the scene for a series of sophisticated presentations and discussions.

Specifically, the personalities that will be speaking include Faiz A Alharbi, Standards Expert – Electrical and Electronic Standards Department, SASO; Tarek M Al-Sitt, Senior Standards Researcher, Standards & Metrology Department, GCC Standardization Organization (GSO); Dr Moataz T Bakheet, Director, Madinah Office & Western Region Projects, Zuhair Fayez Partnership; Mohamed R Zachariah, Chief Consultant, Suhaimi Design – Protecooling; Numair Alamdar, independent MEP consultant; Markus Lattner, Director, Eurovent Middle East and Tarek Zarzour, VRF Department Head, High Gulf Contracting.

Khalid A Al Mulhim, Business Development Director, Suhaimi Design – Protecooling, will be moderating the conference, which is endorsed by SASO and which will cover such key topics as ‘GSO’s Minimum Energy Performance Requirements and Testing Requirements for Air Conditioners’, ‘Saudi standards for small Air-conditioners and HVAC systems’, ‘installation-related challenges’, ‘a role for VRFs in affordable housing projects’, ‘the deployment of the technology in high-rise structures’ and ‘the retrofitting movement and opportunities for VRF systems’.
